By Phone… 403-451-9901 You can reach us by phone during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. Otherwise, feel free to leave a message with your order at any time, day or night. We’ll get back to you at our first opportunity.
ORDER PROCESSING
In most cases the following items will be processed and ready to ship within 1 - 2 business days: unframed plaques, small framed art pieces, small and medium sized statues, easels and books. Custom framing of larger art pieces require 5 – 10 days. For framed canvas transfers, please allow 14 days. Please refer to individual item for estimated processing times.
SHIPPING
All art is carefully packaged to ensure your parcel arrives in excellent condition. Shipment is via Canada Post Expedited service. Within Alberta, orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 days of date shipped; other locations in Canada 3 to 7 days.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You’ll be able to follow the delivery status at www.canadapost.ca.
WITHIN CANADA - Our flat shipping rate is based on the total value of your order. Please note that actual shipping charges willl apply for oversize items and some concrete statuary. These exceptions are noted in the product description.

ORDER PICK-UP
To pick up your order in Calgary, select ‘Order Pickup’ at Checkout and no shipping charges will be added. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
RUSH ORDERS
Some stock of larger custom art pieces may be on hand for immediate shipment. If you need an item in a rush, contact us and we’ll try our best to accommodate you. For rush orders, we use Canada Post Xpresspost service. An estimate will be provided and actual shipping charges will apply.
US ORDERS
For US orders, the following amounts will be added to the Canadian shipping rates:
$100 & under - add $10; $100.01 to $150 - add $15; over $150 - add $20
